Some dry facts

Biography
I was born in Bratislava. My professional journey began with studying Translation and Interpreting at the Faculty of Arts, Comenius University in Bratislava. Alongside translating books, film scripts, and an endless stream of television series, I became one of the early advocates for homeschooling in Slovakia, serving as the vice-chair of the Slovak Homeschooling Association. I dedicated myself to lectures, research, and promoting the educational movement, while my family and I became the faces of Slovak homeschooling in the media.

From 2005 to 2015, I had the privilege of studying painting under the guidance of Mgr. art. Soňa Herényiová-Belanová. In 2021, I embraced the path of visual art with full devotion. My work soon captured the attention of the curator PhDr. Ľuboslav Moza of the ARTEM gallery, with whom I continue to cultivate a meaningful collaboration. In 2022, I participated in my first international exhibition, the 24th Premio Internazionale d’Arte San Crispino, where the international jury honored me with the Special Jury Prize – Premio Speciale Della Giuria. My distinctive painting style, which stands in contrast to the prevailing trend of shocking art, has attracted attention of the artistic community. I have since had the privilege of presenting my works in successful exhibitions, both in Slovakia and abroad.
I live with my husband and four daughters in a straw bale house amidst the quiet beauty of the Podjavorinské Kopanice region, and at times, in my beloved Bratislava.
I delve into the realms of creativity and the boundless potential of the human spirit. Through my work, I strive to bring joy and healing to others. It is my heart’s desire to encourage you to follow your dreams, no matter the obstacles in your way.
