Hello, dear ones!

I’m Lucy.

My art is a cortisol antidote and a dew drop of beauty. It is a shot heavenwards and a door slightly ajar to the world beyond our everyday worries. Drawing from the wisdom and the narrative of fairy tales, I paint a “3-D communication map” that would lead us above, toward, and within.

Depicting suggestions of meaning and nudges toward developing our own stories, I combine acrylics with ink, gold paint or collage. My palette is the home for the peaceful combinations of blue, turquoise, and green with dashes of wine red or pink.

My creative process is often a meditation that gradually unfolds into an idea or concept I want to express through artistic metaphor. Other times, it comes as an instant spark of inspiration triggered by something that captures my attention and sets my associations in motion.
